Autumn Cold Brew: Salted Maple Cold Brew Recipe
Autumn is here! Which means one thing.. it's time to crack open the maple syrup and make some delicious cold brew.
OddWorks Salted Maple Cream Cold Brew:
Salted Maple Cream:
(Note: this will make enough cream for several cups and will keep for around a week)
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup whole milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla syrup (not tbsp!)
Non Dairy Version:
¼ cup heavy whipping cream (non dairy)
¼ cup barista oat milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla syrup (not tbsp!)
Blend together with a handheld frother
Assembly:
Fill a cup with ice
Pour ¾ with cold brew
Pour salted maple cream over the top
(Tip: do this slowly.. you want the cream to sit on the top and slowly cascade into the cold brew)
Drink without a straw, through the salted maple cream top. Enjoy!
